So I see now two things of major consequence for me - one is that it is both easy and alluring to go in these many directions but that remaining on a single simple path is much more enjoyable and livable a lifestyle so I will figure out a way to do both by mentally focusing on one direction while physically working on the many directions and paths and - -------- it is important to remain in constant touch with certain environments and locations that are important to me and where a sense of peace and calm can bring me back to nature - even if those places are in Manhattan in the middle of the most rushed and high energy situations:
